In this episode I am interviewing the wonderful Angela Perger. 

Angela is a yoga teacher and life student of ayurveda, the ancient science of holistic health and wellness, originated in ancient India.

She herself has been on a very deep transformational journey of healing and getting attuned to her mind, body spirit.
