It's been a minute. If you've been following me you might have
noticed that I haven't recorded any new episodes since
February.
In the past half year a lot of things happened in my life and
literally came down.
In this episode I share with you how I've been grieving the loss of
a friend, the sudden breakup from my partner, and the tragic death
of my beloved cousin.
It's a vulnerable one, so bear with me.
